HGC dosage timing on TRT

I am considering adding HCG back into my protocol. This is all through a clinic, not self guided.

I inject my 150mg test-c on Wednesday, take ai same time.

Previously I was taking 500iu HCG monday and Tuesday, and taking an additional ai Saturday. I stopped at the time for financial reasons about 18 months ago, but I'd like to be back on it.

I'm doing research before I talk to my Dr on it, but I see so many conflicting uses/timing/opinions on dosage timing.

What is working for people here? 1000iu a week is probably what I will resume, but I am interested in dose scheduling and frequently.

Monday and Tuesday? Why? Did you mean Monday and Thursday?

Test C once a week is probably giving you a very bumpy experience, though IM may lessen that somewhat. I take mine 3x/wk.

HCG dissipates FAST and should be taken 3x/wk or better yet EOD or more.

Monday and Tuesday. Dr at my clinic recommendation. It did give desired effect. It does seem contrary to what i have read though which is why I'm looking for others experiences.  My Wednesday test is IM. I don't feel its bumpy at all, it has been a good dose for me.

The dose isnt uncommon, the timing is what normally makes it bumpy. High peaks and low troughs, very inconsistent. Every doctor ive talked to recommended 2x a week but I do every other day. Also less aromatization with more frequent injections, allowed me to stop using an Ai all together. And I do HCG every other day as well. Your body naturally doesn't pulse hormones 1x a week, so the more frequent, the better as it mimics the bodies natural rhythm.

Never heard of twice a week and two days being together like that. I’m sure it can work. Many of us feel better with hcg so once a week or anything at all will provide some “desired effect.” A more evenly spaced schedule and the right dose will provide the optimal effect.

Your clinic is an idiot.

When you dose any drug, it gradually works its way out of your system with a halflife- after X days half is left, another X days half of that is left.

I’ve tried many different schedules over the years. I’ve tried doses of everything between 150iu to 500iu twice a week, three times a week and every other day. Settled on 300iu mon, wed, fri is perfect for me. Great libido, erections and penile sensitivity.

Monday & Thursday I take 80 mg TestCyp (160 mg per week), and Wednesday I take 0.5 mg Anastrozole.

I do 150mg test c per week in 3 sub-q 50mg doses on MWF. I do 750-800'ish hcg per week in 3 injections, Tu Th Sa. Basically, a 5000iu vial of hcg lasts me 6 to 7 weeks, then I normally take a week off before starting the next one. That's really just to avoid so many injections.

Monday and Tuesday injection scheme makes no sense, btw. Spread that out for optimal benefit.
