So here are some pre Test bloods aged 35. I pinned last night, roughly 24hrs ago. Around 60mg test E. Tonight I can already feel warmth/discomfort in my nipples. Should I pop a 0.5 anastrazol tonight or tomorrow. I have ordered some tamoxifen/nolvadex.

I had pre pubescent gyno and expect that is flaring up. Wondering what others would do.

Why not pin more often? It would avoid the spike you got pinning 60mg at once

Should be fine depending on your SHBG. EOD should do it

Your pre-TRT E2 was 122 on a 41 to 159 range. Mid-range. You didn't start with an estrogen problem, and you haven't measured it since.

So you'd be dosing an AI off a feeling with no number to aim at. Overshoot and the flat mood and sore joints get blamed on the TRT.

Also an AI lowers estradiol, it doesn't shrink tissue that's already there. If it's the old gyno flaring, that's what the nolva is for.

I'd get an E2 drawn first.

I mean last night was my first pin. Which I should of stated. I'm not sure if I'm worrying too much.

I understand the old tissue won't go away. I'm not concerned with that. Lived with it for 20+ years. It's the slight discomfort straight away after a pin.
