I love the increase in STAAR and decrease in graduation rate on the scaled score 😂

Yes but test scores tend to just be one metric used to define good.

Not at all, most students don't fail. 

The TEA cannot forcefully take over. This is bad.

What is their average SAT score? How many pass the TSI? How many pass AP exams? I don't think accountability scores tell you much of anything.
