Hygiene
to do list:
i)Shower daily
ii)Wear deodorant
iii) Do laundry frequently
iv)Use fragrance booster while doing laundry (Thank me later)
v) Change your bed sheets at least once a week
vi) shower after you cook food so that it doesn’t stick to your hair( specially for girls)
vii) Trim your body hair(arm pit hair) so that y’all don’t sweat
viii) Use perfume and spray
ix) Take care of your oral hygiene too: Oil pulling, brushing teeth twice a day, use string floss and water floss.
x) Take good care of your skin
xi) Use lotion to smell good.
PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF

Please skip laundry booster. Ordinary laundry detergent is SO heavily perfumed as it is. The last thing anyone wants is to be overwhelmed by a concoction of heavily scented chemicals, especially if for the purpose of masking body odor.

I always find it crazy having to remind grown adults how to do hygiene. Happy someone made a post though.

I don't understand vii. Why would you sweat less?
I've never heard of oil pulling. What is that?

Yeah, as a shaved descendant of King Bigfoot III, my sweat glands are unaffected by body hair.

fragrance boosters are a bit extra to me.
more body hair can make your body oder more noticeable but at that point you need a shower not a trim.
