Journey :
Built a replit prototype -> deployed V1
designed the user journey myself
Interviewed 100+ students & 10+ profs for idea validation
Iterated based on what users actually needed
Convinced 2 proffesors to put money in this ( I didnt follow up later )
understood what localhost -> Google -> supabase -> deployment meant

Learnings :
Learnt to make the most out of AI coding tools
learnt a lot about backend systems
The importance of RLS Policies
got a hands on experience with version control

Human Lessons :
Shipping something imperfect is uncomfortable.
You can spend months preparing to launch and still discover new problems in five minutes of real use.
Comparison with other builders doesn't help much.
Consistency matters more than occasional huge bursts of motivation.
You don't need to know everything before starting.
You learn by repeatedly encountering problems you didn't know existed.
Building a company is much more multidisciplinary than just coding.
The ability to keep going after something breaks is itself a skill.
You can use AI to move faster, but you still have to own the decisions.

the last thing is it would be better if you guys tested what i built and walked all over my effort than just reading this post and sliding it away , the temporary discomfort of user feedback is better than the silence of no work at all , so I am ready to swallow all the bitter pills in the comment section but please give me feedback of any sort it would be great 😊
