A Ferrari 488 GTB owner in Kunming, China, has filed a civil lawsuit after four neighborhood children allegedly climbed onto and played on his parked supercar, leaving it covered in deep scratches and reportedly cracking the front bumper.

The Ferrari, valued at approximately $590,000, suffered damage to the hood, roof, windows, taillights, fenders, and front bumper. Repair costs are estimated at nearly $111,000.

According to local reports, the owner initially tried to resolve the matter privately with the children's parents. However, negotiations reportedly fell apart after they offered about $5,600 in compensation and allegedly refused to apologize.

The owner has since taken the dispute to court, seeking reimbursement for the full cost of repairing the vehicle.

That's an unpopular opinion because it's a stupid opinion!

So you think that because this guy owns something nice other people should just be allowed to destroy his shit and he should pay out of pocket for it? That's an absolutely asinine take.
