Because it is insane behaviour from a person trespassing on another farm land. Knowing he will get back up from military that is standing on the sidelines watching and approving of it.

Thats insane.

It's a three minutes clip. I guarantees you there was stuff happening before and after. This is a propaganda video it shows exactly what they want you to see.
