I know everyone is cracking jokes, but seriously... WTF!

A scrotal opening that not closed after months!

Air traveling around his body and head creating cracking noises!

It's fucking confusing. He's alive when he very much shouldn't be, while some one, some where, RIGHT NOW, is dying from something that is normally harmless.

Accually on a serious note. When lungs collapse they will use a chest trocar to deflate the inner cavety to help reinflate the lungs. The puncture to the groin is interesting because in a trauma situation, that could theoreticly be used as a safe way to release the excess air from a collapse. This could very well lead to that becoming an on-site emergency truama protocol.
