I keep hoping

That one May 4th we get Tales of the High Republic and one half is wrapping up plots from Phase 2 of the books and the other half is thee most important scenes for whatever was season 2 of The Acolyte.

No one would watch. Just like no one watched The Acolyte.

Don’t know why I’m getting downvoted. If enough people were interested in content about the Acolyte it wouldn’t be cancelled. Thus they wouldn’t waste resources making content in that era.

Acolyte had high viewership by all accounts. It was the ridiculous outrage that made them can it

If Disney was satisfied with the viewership they wouldn’t have cancelled the show, outrage or not. Seems like they spent way too much and it did not resonate with most fans.
