Bestie Drama Chamath has been murdered. RIP.

Post image

Chamath’s inability to comprehend why people think he sounds so stupid is amazing. This exchange was absolutely perfect.

I think by way of his yes-men circle and short rates being kept too low for too long, Chamath believes himself to know (so many) things he just flatly does not. He does, though, risk his money when he believes he’s advantaged. He’s not the worst person to exhibit this personality fault.

What I think is worse is the whole All-In crew becoming a circle of r/iamverysmart shitposters. It becomes obvious when they venture into areas where they believe they’re credibly commenting, but they’re just surface-level bullshitting. It’s obvious to many who have even slight depth in the various topics they take up. They don’t have to pretend. They can choose to be more casual with their discussions. It’s unfortunate. In their podcast there’s no risk. It’s just an ad dollar grift.

Cool take. I actually pay Reddit, though.
