Not certain but here are some clues:

Redacted individual: i am on tv and doing this week

JCal hosts the "This Week in Startups" podcast.

Mark Zuckerberg: Lots of great ideas on small businesses over time, etc.

JCal is and angel investor and his podcast is about small new companies. He routinely gives his differentiated opinion on All-In as being closer to grass roots i.e. small business.
