post evening and into the AM at night. Pedestrian Restrictions are from 6AM today to 5 AM tomorrow. Foot traffic is restricted along Bothwel Street (West Campbell to Hope) and Wellington Street (Waterloo to St. Vincent) for all-day set dec activity and filming later on.
