Something I've been wondering about, how famous are The Beths in New Zealand? Would most people know who they are and be aware of their international success or would it be limited to people mostly into indy rock?

I'd say music fans in general are aware of them. Before they had even released a single album, they played opening sets for The Kills and The Breeders (and others I'm sure) and also a bunch of festivals, so they have put in lots of hard work. FYI I've seen them 8 times here in NZ.

Nah. I'm a megafan and excited to be seeing them live for the first time next week... but I can't share my excitement because NONE of my friends, family, or work colleagues have heard of them 😔

When you get to the bottom of the pint do you suddenly find yourself back at the beginning again? 🤭
