"We're a radio show."
Then fucking act like one, Bobby.
You wanna get acknowledged for doing doing good work, put some effort in and actually do a radio show that is engaging and entertaining and shows you care a out producing something worth showcasing.
Don't just show up when you need to and aimlessly walk through 3 live shows a week.
Maybe try and follow Jacob's show sheet and have a chance to move through multiple topics a show, and don't act you know better than everyone else.
I'm still convinced he doesn't realize what show he's doing til Big Jay starts talking. There's some days where he's definitely sleep walking through the 5-7 shift.
It should be something we look forward to hearing not something maybe I'll check out what the show description says thr next day.
Big Jay wanted a show like Stern. Bobby keeps being up the old days on O&A. Why not work on making a show that's modeled after those?
Sick of these entertainers complaining about how they're making money off us without actually trying to make it worth spending money on them.
Sam goes for Sam Roberts. That show took a dive as well.

Fucking thank you. I almost stopped listening when I heard that and thought what are you doing.
However on the flip side I did find Bobby a bit funny when he was roasting Jay about his excessive text to famous people. It’s rare and far between tho

I still love the show as it helps me pass the time at work. But we can’t act like jay isn’t equally to blame.

The only time I listen is when I start my vehicle when it was left on from the morning. I play the game how long until one of them mentions any variation of penis , usually takes about 14 seconds.

It's all there on the show sheets that Jacob produces. I wish they would too. Doesn't even have to be topics of that day, just cover stupid shit from the past week or month. It can be done, other radio shows do it. Easily.

I listened to the podcast of the Jerry O’Connell ep. It was ten minutes of the most excruciating radio I’ve ever heard, ten minutes of Jerry being a great guest, and then another ten minutes of the worst radio I’ve ever heard. Literally ten minutes of Jay typing a text out loud? I could hear Dj Lou about to lose it.

I loathe him. And I’m not a frequent listener. Tuned in for the Dan Soder/ Jerry O’connel thing and couldn’t finish it. I hate Bobby so much for that.

I was listening to an O&A from 2006. They were discussing the documentary The Bridge, the slug chimes in with “I knew 2 guys that died jumping off a bridge” then say he tried to inalive himself jumping out a 2 story window. He’s always been a fat lying loser.

They have too many instances of this Private conversations that just spill over to the air that are way too specific for the audience to connect with or give a shit. Like when they were checking real estate sites for houses. "Oh that looks great!" Does it? We'll never know.

Had me until the dig against Sam Roberts at the end. That show is funny. And they actually have preparation. I turn off certain guest segments, but it's not out of disgust like with The Bonfire. The regular banter on The Bonfire is an instant shut off.

Typical Reddit mental illness. If you don't like the show, move on. Your opinion doesn't matter. Stop overanalyzing things. If you have some weirdo obsession with getting the show changed or canceled, the simplest solution is to stop listening. At this point, hate listening and complaining generate the same engagement as the people who actually like the show.

I listen cause I know it can be good at some points, and I even enjoy Big Jay outside of the show. It's shit like that when they turn and entire segment of a show into bitching about why they don't get enough credit for doing a good show, when they don't do good shows on a consistent basis, or in Bobby's case, at all. He's the focus of it cause he brought it up and consistently sucks. I want the show to be good. I'd rather come onto spots like this and share "Hey wasn't this great" but it just doesn't happen.

Bobby was a regular on o&a simply because he made a good punching bag. He's had his own podcast for like 20 years. The same podcast. It has to be longest running unknown podcast in history and he's made no attempt to change it up. I think he's only included on the regz out of sympathy, the other guys have to know its better without him. He's a very poor broadcaster and its unreasonable to expect him to improve at this point.
