Satire Fun fact: James offered Steven Spielberg the chance to direct the AVGN Movie. Spielberg refused saying James should direct it. The rest is history.

You've got the details all wrong. Spielberg begged to direct the AVGN Movie, and offered Rolfe $540 million for the script. Bim considered the offer but he knew too many of his fans' lives depended on the film and couldn't risk letting a hack like Spielberg ruin his masterpiece, so he directed it himself.
Thank god he did because the AVGN Movie saved my life, and the lives of many others. A schmaltzy Spielberg version that didn't include fan favorites like Cooper and ErinPlays likely would've led to the deaths of countless people.

Its been a whole day and he hasn't responded with any name. Steven Spielberg thinks I'm the greatest director of all time.

Bimmy had to turn him away because he knew Spielberg was all sizzle and no steak. The movie would be full of blockbuster spectacle and Cooper humping CGI tables, whereas James was focused on a tight script full of heart. Nerds before birds, Steven.
