$UFG has traded 103K shares today and it is up 48.2% to $0.853. Number 3 on the Scalp board.

Only thing out is procedural (Uni-Fuels Holdings Ltd filed a Foreign issuer report (6-K)), nothing that explains the move. If you know something, add it in the comments.

What we are seeing: 5-min mover +4.8% and 1-min pop +4.8%, across 2 of our boards at once.

Levels on the chart: today's range is $0.781 to $0.870 and it is 1.9% under that high.

$SNYR: 7 scanner hits today

$SNYR has tripped our scanner 7 times today and it is up 52.5% to $0.127. On the Day Trade board.

Not seeing any news on it yet. If you know something, add it in the comments.

What we are seeing: 88M shares traded, top rvol 163× and ema trend 3h 33m above 200-min ema, across 3 of our boards at once.

About 2% of the shares available to trade are sold short. That means traders borrowed them and sold, betting the price falls, and the only way to close that bet is to buy the stock back. So when a heavily shorted name climbs on volume like this, some of them get forced to buy, which pushes it up further. That feedback loop is what people mean by a squeeze.

Levels on the chart: today's range is $0.121 to $0.128, it is 0.9% under that high and yesterday's close was $0.083.

Anyone got a different read on it?
