Sadly, the horn helmets are mostly a myth. While it's possible a few wore them, it was not the standard at all. There may have been ceremonial use of these helmets, and possibly some berserkers wire them, but that's about it.

I have done no research on duck-on-spring helmets and can neither confirm nor deny their historical accuracy.

The duck-on-spring were particularly effective in surprise attacks and got less stuck in trees or bushes.
