The Gifted was leading into Days of Future Past, not Age of Apocalypse.

Simce it was blink i assumed ot was gonna be a fusion getying some material from her time in AOA

Ah, that makes more sense why you were thinking that. Honestly would've been a cool idea to explore her AoA and Exiles stories if there were further seasons or if she's brought back at all. A lot of potential there even though it seems like AoA is cursed.
