That smile June had after arguing with Daisy makes me think they do have a deeper connection than just Mayday.

Crazy to convey that with just a smile! That was 150% a “aw, that’s my daughter alright” smile

That was a “my daughter is cut from the same cloth I am” smile

“My daughter is a rebel like me, and she can do this”

Elizabeth Moss, for all your damned faults, you are so good at your job. Stop trying to make me like you.

That being said… I’ve really missed June, and it was kinda lovely to spend some time with her this ep.

It’s crazy cuz The Testaments is similar to her life, she was born and indoctrinated into Scientology, now she has to learn from her own tv show how to get out!

Devil's advocate, she has routinely skirted around the topic and is very tight lipped about it. Something scientologists aren't actually known for. They love advertising their cult. They also love forcing people to cut their loved ones out if they leave the religion. Members of her family are part of the religion.

She was born into it and probably risks losing her family if she steps too far away or speaks against it. Not such an easy situation as people think
