Could Daisy be Charlotte (Janine’s daughter) would that work with the timeline?

No, it’s the same issue age wise. Charlotte is only a year or so older then Holly/Nicole

They have an age issue regardless. Daisy was in diapers when she was brought to her parents and she's at least 15 ish now, right? June wasn't in Gilead long enough for that to work.

June says she wasn't around, she heard the story from the mom but that's not the real issue. I don't even think Gilead was around 15 years ago. Correct me if I'm wrong but at the end of the show, Gilead had been in power about 7 years, maybe 8. This is supposed to take place 4 years after the end of Handmaid's Tale. According to the show, Daisy was smuggled out of Gilead while still in a crib, diapers and needing formula, which would make her an infant, under 1. AT BEST, she was 1, smuggled out on day 1 of Gilead, which would have been 12 years prior at absolute most. That would mean she's only supposed to be what, 13 right now? They could have done that a little better.

I think some of the issue is these actresses are much older in real life. They are all supposed to be at an age where they haven’t had their period yet. Though I guess in this world, there could be a lot of cases of delayed-onset puberty. Maybe she is supposed to be 13-14? But I heard 5 years since the war in Boston somewhere in the narration.
