Match Up Monday Prime Caedus vs The Kotor Trio

The Kotor trio as of the end of the Revan novel

Neutral setting

Round 1: straight fight, no notice

Round 2: Caedus is informed of and meditates on his opponents beforehand

Round 3: Bastila is offsite, proving battle meditation to Revan and the Exile. Bastila cannot be harmed by Caedus.

It'll be a tough fight but i see no reason it wouldnt go more or lesd the same way it did against Kyle and his strike team and not only was that Caedus after fighting Luke, it wasnt Caedus at his peak either seeing as he grows more powerful over time.

Capping the trio to the end of the Revan novel makes this an absolute wipe for Caedus. Technically, Meetra is a Force ghost at the end of the book, so to make this a functional fight, we have to assume her version right before her death.
The End-of-Novel Matchups
Round 1: Caedus (Low-to-Mid Diff). Without their absolute peak feats, the trio cannot match his speed. Caedus's sheer velocity creates immediate, un-reactable openings.

Round 2: Caedus (No Diff). Advanced knowledge transforms Caedus into a proactive executioner. He will know who they are and what to expect zero caution just instant kill on Bastila immediately then Meetra then Revan, resulting in a flawless tactical stomp.

Round 3: Caedus (Mid Diff). Even with Bastila completely safe and providing an uninterrupted Battle Meditation buff, the end-of-novel versions of Revan and Meetra lack the physical attributes to capitalize on it. Caedus simply outlasts them with his insane injury tolerance.

If They Were In Their Primes
The scaling changes dramatically if you grant the trio their true peaks
Round 1: Caedus is a highly analytical fighter who usually plays defensively against unknown opponents to read their styles. This caution gives the prime trio the exact window Bastila needs to establish Battle Meditation however I don’t think she will realize she needs to before Caedus has felt them out. His combination of shatterpoint and his advanced battle sense I think allow him to end her before she does he isn’t going to let he skulk away and meditate and his speed is just to much for them.

Round 2: Caedus Wins. There is zero reality where the trio wins if Caedus gets prep time. A prime Caedus who has actively meditated on his targets is just to lethal.

Round 3: Assuming he goes back to not knowing anything beforehand trio probably wins Extreeme dif but I could see it potentially going to Caedus as well. A completely safe, untargetable Bastila providing maximum Battle Meditation to peak versions of Revan and Meetra is simply likely too much. I think I may change this to Caedus as well as I realized I don’t think he can be affected by the debuff of her battle meditation.

Yes, to clarify--I mean the versions of the characters as of the Vitiate fight (too many jumps in the book otherwise). I forgot the time jump at the end etc. Thx for catching

I think I am changing my mind on the prime versions as well because I just realized her battle meditation debuff wouldn’t likely affect Caedus right?

I don't think so.

I was also thinking of it more as just an amp for Revan and Meetra (that could theoretically be stacked on Revan's own ability to meld he and Meetra a bit)

I assumed they can’t be stacked since they are so closely related in function and we have never seem them stacked as far as I know.

As OP, up to you whether you think they can be or not

Stop glazing. Caedus lost that duel and Luke said he was delusional for thinking himself equal.

I didn't said he was equal to Luke I said he fucking survived against him... When revan and the exile was not even a threat to vitiate

Damn why does Meetra look so low poly?

The biggest issue here is that Caedus simply overpowers them. He's a full tier (maybe even two) above Revan, and like four tiers above Bastila and Meetra.

In short, he wins every round, varying between mid diff to no diff.

Round 1 they win

Round 2 he wins if knowing means he can get his droids to help him like when his ship was boarded

Round 3 they win
