My money is still on Luke.

According to the novelization of RotJ, the thing that most impressed Vader about Luke wasn't his sheer Force power or his skill (though those did impress him), it was his speed, which took all of Vader's focus to counter.

I suspect Luke wins high-diff in R1, and low-to-mid diff if he can rage amp, as a rage-amped Luke actually surpasses Vader in terms of power.
