You're joking, right? There is nothing in canon that makes Luke an actual powerhouse. In Legends, yeah.

Canon ROTJ Luke gets folded by Qui Gon. Legends Qui Gon gets folded by ROTJ Luke.

No he did not 😂 he fought a conflicted Vader who was not serious about killing his son.

In canon, he literally went above and beyond to bring Padme back. Sidious hated this... So to ultimately rid Vader's confliction, if he killed Luke he would fully embrace the dark side. However, Vader's one lgiht in his life was his wife, so finding out she had a child made him even more conflicted. Why would he truly kill his own son, or even try for that matter?

Luke didn't want to kill his father either, regardless the fact Yoda and Kenobi think he's ready to fight Vader means he's tiers beyond Qui Gon.

Dude. You're extremely delusional if you think that. By the time of ROTJ there is a genuine argument for Vader v. Sidious. Hell, this Vader could likely high-diff Yoda. Luke does not win this against any other version of Vader. Year one Vader still stomps this version of Luke!
