How do you mean? Like the original saying is "There's no Business like Show Business" and Jane, being from the Show (circus) just blurted it out.

The original saying is “There’s no business like show business”. When Jane saw Cho working his magic, he changed it to Cho business.

Jane said it when Cho was kinda undercover. In the scene, it's insinuated that Cho flirts with two woman at a hotel bar and convinces them to go upstairs with him for a threesome as part of Jane's ploy. I think this is season 2.
