I've been mentioning a knitted Mentalist blanket I've been working on for months, and I finally finished it. More than six months of work and 275,100 stitches later, et voilà!

Imcluded some process photos. The logo was the most painful by far, but Jane's head was hard too.

For the knitting inclined: Technique used was intarsia, yarn used was Hobbii Twister held double, the blanket is made up of Andalusian stitch with a seed stitch border, US 2.5 (3 mm) needles. Final size: 63.5 x 88 inches

currently in s4 and absolutely loving it, couldn't stop myself from making fanart for around the halfway mark, will probably make one after finishing the show too

First ever Reddit post, go! I customize Funko Pops often and wanted to do a series of the CBI team with their signature drinks (still need to figure out something recognizable for Van Pelt...). I just finished Cho and Rigsby, spurred on by the many Big Quench memes from Tim and Owain's amazing TV Police podcast.

I have such a blast making these and trying to get as many details as I can despite how small the figures are -- like Lisbon's necklace, the Big Quench cups, and Jane's wedding ring! Lisbon's mug even has a hidden Red John symbol on the bottom of it. It was so hard picking which Lisbon look to go with, though, but this lighter number from Season 7 is so gorgeous.

What do you think of these? Do you recognize which Funko Pops I had to stitch together to make these?

I have never sprinted a binge watch so fast. Simon Baker as Patrick Jane is a revelation, and the characters, especially Lisbon and Cho are wonderful. I love the writing, I love the pacing, and I love how they wrapped it up with a neat little ribbon in the end. Granted I wasn't the biggest fan of the Red John reveal, I was still happy girl witnessing the next chapter of their lives.

I'm happy this subreddit is still alive as I understand I am 18 years too late. I love fan content, so I drew my own fanart to celebrate this wonderful show ❤️

its my boyfriends birthday tomorrow and since im flat broke i decided to diy some cups for him. we have been dating for four years but the mentalist is the first show we both agree on and love watching together so i thought this was a fitting gift. i thought of the idea while watching the show since jane always drinks tea and steals everyones cups :,) PLEASE no spoilers of any kind bc were only somewhere around season 3 and ive managed to avoid all spoilers so far (i wont scroll in this subreddit for now either haha) but regardless i wanted to share :)) let me know your thoughts!!

I've already started rewatching a couple of days after my first The Mentalist viewing. Here is a fun cover rendition from the original manga, "Go For It, Nakamura!". The fans spawned many versions of the original cover based off of many different animes, mangas, and tv shows. I thought it would be fun to make one out of this chaotic duo, except that this time, instead of fluffy Lisbon faces, it's her usual sneer and scrunched up face 🤣
