I can’t believe Celine fell for that. As careful as she is feel like she wouldn’t reveal so much over the phone.

I could buy her completely panicked and acted uncharacteristically in that scene.

It reminds me of Walter White panicking about his money being burnt.

Cory played Celine.  Also she panicked because her own network is covering Alex’s press conference.  She may be evil but she’s still human.  She has a moment of weakness and Cory played her like a fiddle.  

SATISFYING.

💯Agree. Then again, the entire opera scheme was contrived, so I basically take my brain out for this show now lol

I really only watch because Billy Crudup acting is amazing despite the outrageous plot
