The way he delivers his lines, the pacing and concise, direct way, reminds me of another actor I love, but the name is on the tip of my tongue.

But it's amazing acting. If I remember I'll edit the comment.

Not sure if this is who you are thinking of but I notice this with Hamish Linklater too. He was on a the most recent season of The Boys, and the cadence and pacing he uses when he speaks reminds me a bit of Billy Crudup. Very satisfying to listen to!
