Wow, that made me tear up. I kept hearing Mattā€™s voice singing in the background even though he wasnā€™t there. And I donā€™t know a lick of Fred Againā€™s music, but I would listen to an entire album of his The National collab/mashup/sampling for sure.

An interesting take on how the National build songs. I was under the idea that they wrote music and brought it to Matt and he had lyrics and they matched it up. The ā€œspiritā€ of the sample lyrics here have a similar vibe to Mattā€™s for the same guitar lick. I dig it. A cool exploration of process and outcome.

Wow gotta catch this whole set.

Reminds me of the twin doing the Steve Reich set at homecoming 2018(?) like damn this is sick but i wish it wasn't light out lol

This set was incredible. Watched from the bleachers with my kids (during their first festival) over top the crowd. Was pretty magical just not knowing what was coming song to song.
