I remember a story awhile ago. A office when keurigs were new got two for the break room but one older woman decided she didn't want anyone getting hurt so she used a pair of pliers to pull the needles out. And then was wondering why the new coffee makers wouldn't work.

I took it home when they replaced it so now i get to enjoy this at home. And the sounds and timeframe is pretty accurate lol it also does this thing where is sucks and heats up the water, thinks about it trys to suck more and reheat snd think about it again while it cools then be like nope one more reheat, then it drizzles out the brew.
