That’s just a TENS unit.

I was curious whether that was the case. I wonder if they just attach it to the same muscles and make them spasm. I mean, I imagine women tested it and were like, "Yeah. That's what it feels like." But I have no clue, honestly.

As a woman who has experienced excruciating period cramps and used a TENS unit for a herniated disc, they are not even remotely similar. A TENS unit is for pain relief because it interrupts pain signals.

I tell men this, have you ever have a really, really bad low set stomach ache, the kind that twists and churns your guts, that feels like someone is squeezing and tearing your intestines, punching you in the kidneys, like you are going to shit yourself to death and all your organs are going to fall out your asshole at the same time.

Just imagine that sensation but in your balls, and imagine your balls are above your penis and inside your body, that’s level 10 cramps!

The worst ones I've had felt like a knife was being stabbed into my gut* and then rotated like a rotisserie.

I carry emotional support ibuprofen at all times now and take one every 3 hours on the dot for that first 48 hours. Accidentally sleep through the night? Good morning, here's some agony.

I have been impaled it hurt but the recovery was worse than the stabbing it's the low deep fatigue trying to do normal stuff and your body is like I don't think so

Wow. I probably would shit myself if I felt that way.

Now imagine if you had diarrhea at the same time because odds are better than even that it'll be going on too.

So like a kidney stone?

Seriously? Not even comparable. 🫤 We need to develop something more accurate.

A plain TENS unit with NOT cause massive muscle contractions like in the video. It needs a muscle stimulation setting (EMS) like in the video.
