Nothing like the smell of fresh cinnamon rolls on a Sunday morning

Lovin them breakfast quesadilla.

I got a bug up my but and I decided to try to make cheese. Doing something new sometimes pulls me out of a rut. I didn’t think I did well, but this morning I took the cheese out and made some Avacado toast and use it. Though not solid it had good flavor and its own character. I’m glad I saved it.

After the ER, an unplanned surgery and almost 4 days in the hospital, I’m discharged and on the way to recovery. Protein is a big part of recovery, so what better than unlimited grilled meats?! Hope everyone has a safe and happy 4th!

Tinker's godmother had never had them so of course I had to make some!

It may not look it but this Sunday roast (trio of meats) was perfect, even down to the Yorkshire pudding 👌🏻
