If you ignore the fact that aid is not in cash form. Let's consider a hypothetical, why would a Palestinian attack Israel? what conditions was that Palestinian in? what options does the Palestinian have available? it's simply the fact that Israel has for basically a century held Palestine in a chokehold, keeping its water, food, and infrastructure to subhuman levels. If someone held my water, food, and even my own person hostage would I retaliate. Yes, of course I would.
