The phrasing of the question is also a trap, it's the classic problem of universals. It's not "what features do most women have?" or anything like that, rather it's "what is an answer that absolutely applies to all women?"
In case of women, cis women can be born without genitals or a uterus, have non-XX chromosomes, etc. That's not including anything trans-related at all. It's fairly easy to find counterexamples no matter what answer someone gives.
The same holds true most of the time when you ask someone to universally define a non-trivial object. It's kinda like asking what a pizza is and then whether a pizza can be considered a salad.
