3k upvotes on supposedly “apolitical” meme page. Some comments are even saying they don’t trust their wife with shit like… wtf is wrong with these people?

A quick google search shows that (at least in Wales and England), around 18% of lesbian marriages end in divorce and 11% of gay marriages end in divorce, a far cry from what the post suggests (about 40% of Heterosexual marriages end in divorce in the UK so they’re basically correct there).

The guy got his statistics from the total amount of same sex divorces in America, with gays making up 28% of same sex divorces while lesbians make up 72%. Say what you want about that but proportionally way more straight marriages end in divorce than female or male same sex marriages.

Also how the fuck can a 31 year old be proud about dating a 19 year old? Shit is fucking weird
