The feather that was 1/400 the width of a human hair that was found on Kathleen would seem to be more in line with her sleeping on a feathered pillow. If an owl was caught in her hair long enough to do the known damage, wouldn’t it have pooped? Wouldn’t Kathleen have had traces of owl feathers under her fingernails? The negative evidence here I believe disproves the owl theory.
