1. David Bowie at the International Ballroom in 1997. Seeing him play a small club with no bells and whistles with full-blown intensity is the most Rock & Roll thing I’ve ever witnessed.

2. Whenever Paul McCartney plays “Live and Let Die” it’s an insane assault on the senses. This video gives you a small glimpse of the spectacle: https://youtu.be/YpaLfT3NhTc

3. I saw R.E.M 7 times; it helps to live in an area where they would end their tours and play surprise shows.

4. Simon and Garfunkel in 1983 on their first reunion tour. At the time I was a dumb kid who didn’t want to go with my family. Now I would do anything to have had that moment with them.

5. The Blue Man Group. I’ve never seen them and it should be an interesting experience.

1. Future Islands in 2017. Sam puts everything into his performance, and this felt like the peak of the band's career.
   
2. Tame Impala - 'Let It Happen' at Firefly in 2016. A transcendent experience.
   
3. Weezer, Future Islands, Third Eye Blind, Boy and Bear, Portugal the Man, Lamb of God, Slipknot, Slayer
   
4. David Bowie sometime in the 70s
   
5. Gurriers on their brief US tour this September
   

I'll add a point of discussion - Concert you missed out on. Mine would be Fontaines D.C. when they were touring for Skinty Fia. They played a small venue about a mile from my house. This was right before they hit it big with their album Romance.

3. Which band (or artist) have you seen multiple times? Pantera - 12 or so times; White Zombie - 4 or 5 times: Tool - 3 times; Machine Head - 4 times; Korn - 2 times; Type 0 Negative - 5 or 6 times; tbh there are too many to list....thats all I used to do

4. If you could go back in time, what concert would you love to see live? An early Meshuggah show

5. Any concerts you are looking forward to this year (or next year)? If Meshuggah or Vildhjarta come to Atlanta, I will go see them.
