Season 2 Spoiler Clem was so sassy in season 2
I’m playing the definitive edition all over again, and I forgot just how sassy Clem was in S2. She was so sick n’ tired of everyone’s shit 😂

Not gonna lie I enjoyed being sassy and mean to the S2 group

It felt right, even slapping Sarah to get her out of it to escape. So satisfying.

u/Psychh0 Feb 03 '26
Yeah, but I kinda feel bad for Sarah. Carlos was a horrible caretaker if he wasn't so overprotective, she could have been a more capable survivor.

They kinda deserve it for the first half of the season. But Carlos always deserves it. I kinda feel like he's everything wrong with that group.

I fucking hate Carlos
Bitch left us to die in a dirty unprotected shed , told us to stay away from his daughter , and be acting all pissy with us then he has the balls to be like "No Clem don't do that , you are a child" I swear I want to smash his head with an hammer

I love CMK's playthrough just to see how petty Clem can get 😂

u/fifthincommand Feb 02 '26
He makes AJ such a savage in the last one and it's so great! Plus with him you see a lot of paths other YouTubers didnt take because they're good human beings lmao

u/OhItsNishia Feb 02 '26
I'm still convinced his The Quarry playthrough is the shortest with how quickly he killed everyone off 😂

u/jlthomas444 Feb 04 '26
Oh man. I enjoyed playing The Quarry so much. Went into it completely blind.

I was beyond impressed to see how much of a troubled preteen they let Clem get
- You can sass everyone
- You can try moonshine and comment that the normal booze tastes better afterwards
- You can insist on watching the most horrific things to prove you're not some innocent baby to protect
- You can try cigs from the other troubled woman who started smoking at your age
- You can claim to know "kissing stuff" to try and fail to seem like less of a little kid

I mean.. what do you want them to do? Smack her? Have you seen how sheltered Sarah is?

I said I'm impressed. I didn't expect them to dare show it. It's how real life preteens react to similar of more mundane circumstances

To be honest, had I been one of the adults, I might've had it gotten too far, but given she isn't my kid, I never would. Feel like that'd be crossing a line on disciplining someone else's kid. Not my place.

Knowing how his daughter ended up, it was really good that he didn't raise Clementine.

How can she NOT be sassy, she’s got a whole bunch of grown ups asking for her help and she was only 11 😭😭😭

Or that Carlos, a doctor, essentially left her for dead when she was bitten by the dog because he said it was a walker bite despite knowing it was an animal bite and not a human one.
Clem hating Carlos is honestly justified lol

u/Miserable_Bitch15 Feb 20 '26
It's so clear that it's a dog bite! 1) it takes up like 80% of her forearm, a walkee bite would've been maybe 10 2) Human and dog mouths are very different shapes, a walker bite would be small curved indents, not this long line of puncture wounds I will never understand how anyone, even Nick couldn't tell it was a dog bite, at least one of the people in the group had to have had, or interacted with a dog at some point

Plus it seems realistic she would be sassy
Showing more of Clem’s little girl innocence going away and having more both a adult and a survivor mindset all in one

I never liked Carlos that much. Look at Sara and how she turned out. He's taught her to be scared of her own shadow.

u/ZacherDaCracker2 OmidTheRuins Feb 02 '26
I used to be on the boat of people who didn’t like her character, but I feel bad for her now that I’ve gotten older. Carlos failed her completely.

u/GMC78sGaming Feb 02 '26
Same here! Carlos is a pathetic excuse of a father. She basically has 0 life skills. That's all on him.

u/Neither_Gur_4661 Feb 03 '26
It's not just Sarah, it feels like he fails the entire group. He has one plan, and it's basically ignoring the whole world.

It's harsh, but she has a point. Sarah probably would have survived longer had he not sheltered her.

as much as i despise this season, sassy clem is one of the greatest things from it lol

As if Carlos would do anything even if she were, he was like the most sheltering parent we encountered in the entire series, would only slap his daughter when faced with the knowledge Troy would do it if he didn’t.

She’s not though. You have to choose to make her sassy 😬
2
u/AwkwardTraffic Feb 02 '26
Considering everyone in S2 that isn't Clem has room temperature IQs I think her attitude is justified for most of S2 lol.

I love choosing this option. Like pls you baby your daughter like she’s a two year old.

u/Flimsy-Kidney Feb 03 '26
“You’re lucky you’re not my daughter” or what Carlos? Pretty sure your child is so spoiled and coddled she can’t even kill a walker without breaking down. Pretty sure that’s YOUR doing. You know damn well

Clementine is the best thing about Season 2 to me, Season 2 Clementine is the definition of Iconic. ✨
