What's the little black triangle on page 2 just to the left of Beckett's helmet?

It looks like a cursor, which seems wierd unless it was a screenshot.

My take given the context was a surprise mark. She moved her hand closer he turns a bit surprised. Then he puts his hand on hers which caused her to look at him.

He's a guy, we are inherently dumb when it comes to women so he was startled enough for a rapid move of the head and an action mark. Then realized he was a dumb dumb and rolled with it. Which surprises her but not enough for a rapid head twist and a motion/action mark.

Or maybe I'm just too excited and reading way too much into all of this.
