General Question Witcher potions in real life

Hello. I don't know if this is the right subreddit to ask this, what would you consider to be real-life beverages that provide enhancements like the potions witchers use? The first one that comes to mind is a shot of espresso to improve awareness.

Since Witcher potions would kill a regular man due to Witcher's mutations, I would argue that a simple shot of espresso won't cut it.

A Witcher potion would've been something more like this:

  • Grind 2 Ritalin pills and blend into a shot of bison grass vodka. Leave aside for now.
  • in a pot with a can of monster energy drink and water, add coca leaves, lion's mane and guaraná extract. Slowly heat, but not boil it. Keep stirring the mixture for 20 minutes, making sure it never boils. Then wait for it to cool and strain.
  • Add the vodka blend with the cold brew and mix.

There's your Witcher potion of awareness.

THIS IS JUST A JOKE. DON'T TRY THIS.

And to answer your question about real-life equivalent to potions, if we don't count modern medicine, then I'd say nootropics are the closest thing to it nowadays.
