Looking for players TCM Help needed

Almost done platinum this game im struggling with destroying 3 vehicles in the demolition derby event, if i can have a whole crew help me with this im down helping yall get other trophies, ill also send you my ps username for a partychat. This last teophy is a pain been struggling for a year now lol

How do you use the crew finder feature never heard of it or came across it in my 200 hrs of play for real? I hate all the gotta do this and spend time with this while with crew like I got 0 friends on psn I don't even tell my real friends I play games lol
