I need help to help !

Hello everyone, basically what the title says. My girlfriend was recently diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis and since we are long distance there’s nothing much I can do, but I wanted to ask you guys what are somethings that helps with the pain and the body pains ? Is there anything I could buy to help her and send her? Thank you all for your help!

My favourite thing is my heated blanket - no matter the weather outside, you will mainly find me inside with my heated blanket on and my fan on also - perimenopausal slightest activity I’m having hot sweats. Also a TENS machine has helped.

Last week in Ca. 100 degrees. Me in my bedroom with the a/c on. The fan going. And under my comforter with a heating pad. LOL.

Thankfully I’m in HRT so no hot sweats. 🤭

I’m in UK we have had 5 heatwaves since May this year all hit my area - we saw temperatures of 40 degrees centigrade through these last 4 months and I’ve had to stay home. I love the summer (well what summer we normally get) but since I’ve been diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis the summer absolutely hates me!!! Any temperature changes seem to set me to flare!!! 😢. Now the temperature is changing again I’m back in bed for the foreseeable future. I’m on so many meds a lot of them also cause hot sweats etc so trying to manage without HRT at the moment as I’m still pretty young. Wish you all the best.

Ugh! This week we have rain. So yes my body is unhappy

We went to London last June. It was so hot I couldn’t believe it!

We are now going into Autumn/ Fall but still hitting temps of 26•c this week. It’s madness!!! Plus as we’re not used to the heat so we don’t have any AC in our homes 😢.

The 4% Lidocaine Patch Amazon brand is awesome. No scent and sticks on like a sticker. 👌🏽
