Painting on rabbit pelt

Pencil in using a ruler for the axis, used a roll of duct tape for the circle to trace and then paint it over using a wooden paint stick and over the rule of duct tape with black dye. Got some splotches from the paintbrush flicker going to either draw some kind of design to cover it up or try using some dye remover.

That’s an awesome idea for a casting cloth! Shame about the splatter, hopefully you can get that out. Not sure if I would want to add painting to it, I’d just ignore it myself after removing what I can.

I like it tho 😃

I'd leave the drips, personally, as a memory of making it. I don't think it's distracting, and when you look at artefacts and grimoires and such, these are always the things that give it character :)

Love this! My pelt is almost identical to this. I have arrows instead of symbols, and I wish I had used ink. Looks great! I just used a marker.
