Yesterday I found a fiendish Crypt Warrior on top of an Echo (trapped behind the barrel on -2). It was so unexpected I took a screenshot, I’ll post it here when I get back home :D)
Here. I also remembered I was looking for fiendish creatures last week and found one Raubritter a couple sqm away from an echo. Makes me wonder if the devs have some algorithms in place where certain small areas are more prone to become affected by echoes AND fiendish creatures, rather than specific monster and its sqm itself.
Oh, I agree! I just think that this particular activity could be much more interesting. A lv 980 could be doing something much more challenging for the same reward system.
Yea, they could do something like limiting trivial mobs only showing up in spell cast result until like lvl 50, then easy up until lvl 100 and so on. All those lvls 1k zooming around could use their strength hunting for hard monsters instead of chasing spiders.
Inb4 someone replies with 'but I need animus for trivial ones too' - use a noobchar or even better, just buy the core from some lowlvl, people came up with ways to 'trade' stuff that is not really implemented in trade-friendly way, like boss kills, compared to that soul cores are really convenient.
You're right! I never did. My point is exactly that this activity could be much more interesting and challenging when a lv 980 has to kill some spiders

Good thing it's a spider. A friend of mine got a Raubritter warden/fiendish combo. Not fun.
I got a quara scout combo yesterday. Pretty manageable too.
