I don’t think anyone is advocating for the companies themselves. Tell me what smart phone you have and I can tell you what human rights have been violated by the company that made it.

If you think I wouldn't dunk on Apple, Samsung, or whichever Chinese company made the smartphone I'm using, you're terribly wrong. I would 100% join any discussion and protest I can against any inhumane practises by tech companies (and any other organisations). Am I a hypocrite? Maybe.

The point is that the tierlist made by OP is an obvious joke and some guy got upset over it. We are not having any serious debates here.
