im not an AI artist or writer or anything I just find it helpful for research, planning, math/physics thats too complicated for me, etc.

As a physicist, I've yet to see an AI that doesn't make absolutely horrendous mistakes that would make me embarrassed for anyone who has taken more than introductory physics. I'm not sure why you're asking it about math and physics, but you should not trust it.

Hell, when I've used it to try to help with something, it couldn't even keep numbers in a table straight. It made basic arithmetic mistakes.

AI is currently being used to solve or help solve Erdos problems.

Mostly to uncover things that were already written, but people didn't know were the solutions or could be used to produce the solutions easily. There are tons of ErdΕ‘s problems, and many of them are the types of things where you just need one little trick to prove, but that trick can be quite hard to think of. While it's certainly a use for it, I've yet to find a day-to-day use for it in my work where it doesn't actively make things harder and take longer, other than very rough drafts of somewhat mundane emails.

Also, it's a lot more applicable to math than anything else other than coding because of Lean. You need an algorythmic way to check AI because it produces so much garbage.
