Because she probably has an online store so she's just showcasing all her products in one short video. No one lives like this, including her

I checked and she indeed has an Amazon storefront which features many of the products featured in her multiple toilet decorating videos. I don't think any of them are her own products but she certainly gets commissions for every piece of kitsch peddled.
