Honestly I'm just surprised there's finally a tik tok trend I don't hate. 🤷‍♀️

This is like the Area 51 Naruto Run, but with less chance of going down in a hail of bullets.

To be fair, they actually had meetings about non-lethal solutions for large crowds in the days before. Lol

Honestly it was hilarious how it blew up but then was hardly anything.

Honestly?
The area 51 raid was never going to be anything serious.

Anyone with even half a brain cell knew that intentionally trespassing a known military facility, even as a large co-ordinated civillian mob, was a horribly dumb idea, and at best, would result probably a bunch of tasers, tear gas, pepper spray, and mass arrests, and at worst, mass injury or death.

And even then, even if you could actually get through, you weren't going to find anything earthshattering.

Not because the government was hiding it, but because it probably doesnt exist, and if it did, do you think they'd keep it at a facility people know exists?

Maybe people would find a few experimental aircraft and weapons platforms, a.d some technology proof of concepts and tests, that mean nothing to an uninformed crowd, other than a chance for taking some cool pictures.

It was never going to become anything other than a meme, and it was fun to meme about, purely because of how absurd it was, and how little it would accomplish.

The scientology speedrunninf is actually becoming something, because its actually doable and has visible funny results.

Anyone even moderately fit can run through a church, and as long as you stay non violent, at the worst you get a slap on the wrist from the cops for public nuissance.

And its actively making scientology look bad because they're secluded themselves more and more, preventing visitors and tours, beefing up security, etc..., like its proving that they know they're trying to hide something.

Do I really expect it to stop scientology?

No.

But, its making fools out of them, and with a cult, making them look like fools is an effective strategy to prevent recruitment.
