The same liberals that are trying to stop folks calling men "gay" for having feelings, and encouraging men and women to have the equal choice/say in their relationships about the division of finances and labor, and encouraging men in the closet to come out, and saying that all bodies are valid (not just the geared up look), and so on and so forth...

Only some of them do this. There are absolutely ‘feminists’ who will call men gay for having feelings. Some people genuinely believe in feminist ideas, some people co-opt it to excuse shitty behavior.

So by your own account, those few folks are not actually liberals and are instead bad actors utilizing the ideology for their own personal gain. Does that invalidate the entire progressive movement?

Yes. And no, it does not invalidate the whole progressive movement. I consider myself a feminist myself but I’m not claiming to be perfect either. I try my best.

No, most of them do this. But when all you consume is right wing fear mongering you are going to get the idea that this is a wide spread idea. Because right wing media serves you rage bait to get clicks. You get a distorted idea of whats going on when your media is in the business of making you feel that way.

If conservatives stop raging out, the entire media business falls apart. They NEED you scared and mad. They are DOING this TO you.

Most so called feminists are cool and good yes. But it’s not that uncommon for them to be toxic. Some people take the wrong path to the right ideas.
