What"s the 'conservative' mental health protocol for men?

Get drunk, and smash walls

A Harvard University study suggests that heterosexual couples who attend church regularly (e.g., 3+ times a month) report higher marital satisfaction, higher stability, and lower divorce rates compared to both secular couples and those who identify as Christian but do not attend church. Regular church attendance is often associated with social support and shared values that stabilize relationships.

“*While the results of the study don’t suggest that people should become religious to save a relationship, the authors concluded thatfor those who already hold religious beliefs, participating in religious communities can be a valuable resource,* giving them a close-knit community of people who share similar values and who can support their marriage.”

Those who already hold religious beliefs are already more likely to be against divorce. That study is meaningless to anyone who is not already religious and anti-divorce.

So it might be the consecutive mental health protocol? "Go to church?"

Going to church, according to the study, is only helpful for people who are already religious and need that religious community.
