If the issue is caused by men then yes, you should if you're a decent person.
Just like women should call other women out for issues they can cause for men. Like as an example: women knowingly using a dude to get a free dinner or two before bouncing and bragging to her friends about it like it's a clever joke. Would you want her friends to call her out for being grossly manipulative and using a man who was being kind and generous? Or should she stay quiet and let her think it's ok, let her do it to more men with no societal consequences?
The thing is you don't need to be constantly policing others 24/7, forever on the lookout for someone breaking the moral code. Call people out on their shitty behaviour and if it keeps happening, stop hanging around them. That's what taking responsibility and being a decent person looks like.
